When installed the top and bottom 1/2 inch will be under the frame at the top and the bottom. In the photos we have noted the bleed area with a red line and shaded block.
The right and left edge of the display will be visible and not under the edge of the frame.
The sign is a standard size 22 by 28 used in many POP (Point of Purchase) displays. These are used at Stores, Malls, Office Buildings, Shopping Centers, Universities, Airports, Hospitals, Theme Parks or any retail or commercial location!
General Guidelines
Files should be created in CMYK color mode. Converting from other modes may change colors or image quality.
File should be 110-150dpi at full output size (this is important do not use web size images)
Convert all fonts to outlines or include all fonts used.
Logos and line based objects should remain in vector format whenever possible
Do not embed placed files or images
Do not embed color profiles in placed images or Photoshop files
If you need us to change any information Include a layered file (Illustrator or PhotoShop). This allows us to make minor corrections if necessary.
Send all files relevant for output
File specifications
The preferred file type is a print resolution PDF file, this file must be saved or exported to a PDF file by making sure all compression is off. Be sure all options for web optimizing are also off. We have included screen captures for Adobe Illustrator, your software may look different.

Yes, we would be happy to accept your source files.
CorelDraw Version 12 or lower
Adobe Illustrator Version CS1 or lower
Adobe Photoshop or CorelPaint, save as TIFF
Resolution
For the highest quality display this checklist is important
File should be at 110 to 150 dpi at 100%
Avoid resampleing to get a larger image, it will create "soft" images or show pixels
Do not use web site images, they are low resolution and when enlarged will not look good
If using PhotoShop your source file should be 22 by 28 at 150 dpi, this will result in a 3300 by 4200 50 meg file.
Always use vector images when possible for Logos, Illustrations and line artwork.
The image above is a simulation of a 150 dpi image at 100%, the image below is a simulation of a web image used in a printed display. Always use the best quality image available.
Color Matching
We would be happy to send a test strip of your image at no charge. You may also provide us with a PMS color to match to. We will make every effort to come as close as possible to this color, the process we use is CMYK.
Submitting your Files
Files under 100 meg can be sent on our corporate send file page HERE if you would like to use our FTP site send us a message on our CONTACT page and we will send you the link , login and password. You can also send your file by email, should your email provider allow large files.
